About our Furniture Scheme


IMPORTANT:

We just wanted to give you a brief update with regards to the reopening of the scheme. We will be open to the public on Monday 6th July operating under all the relevant UK Government safety measures and guidance for retail.

As you can imagine we are going to have to operate slightly differently from before. We will be encouraging customers to take purchases away if at all possible. If delivery is needed, we will only be able to make doorstep deliveries, the same will apply for collections.

Whilst we appreciate that this situation isn’t ideal we are in unprecedented times and therefore we’re going to have to take this one step at a time.

Thank you again for your continued patience and support. We can’t wait to return to serving our community once more!!


King’s Furniture Scheme is all about providing good quality used furniture to anyone in need. The scheme has everything from bedroom, living room and dining room furniture. We also have white goods and small electricals.

The scheme has always been aimed towards those on income based benefits, but all are welcome to come and take a look at what we have.

We offer a deposit based payment plan. So If you aren’t able to purchase your item(s) in full then simply leave a deposit with us and pay for the rest of your purchase at a latter date.  Once your item has been paid for in full, we can then arrange your delivery.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 10:00AM – 3:00PM (Restricted Hours)

Showroom Location:

Our showroom is located within The King’s Centre on Whessoe Road.

Our furniture scheme at King’s is a non-profit making enterprise. All funds raised support the scheme and the work of the ministries within the Church, which include King’s Cafe, Kings’s Sports and King’s Foodbank etc.
